Will Poulter wants to make another musical. Entertainment

Will Poulter would “jump at the chance” to make another musical.

The 29-year-old actor had a great time working on heist film “The Score” and its soundtrack with co-stars Naomi Ackie and Johnny Flynn and would love to have the chance to sing on camera again in the future.

He said: “‘The Score’ is the closest thing to a mixtape I have because I’m involved in so many tracks.

“Recording those songs with Naomi and Johnny was one of the funniest times of my life.

“It was such a lovely introduction to the world of music, I would jump at the opportunity” [to do more],

And while Will is usually a reluctant dancer, he felt “completely comfortable” showing off his moves with Naomi in the film.

He told Total Film magazine: “I try to avoid dancing at all costs.

“I need to eat a lot of tequilas to try to dance.

“If I could hide behind a character I would dance.

“I felt completely comfortable dancing with Naomi on ‘The Score.

The music also forced the British star to face her fears for a particular scene.

He said: “I’m not the most reliable driver. It took me a while to do ‘The Score’ doing just one high-speed reverse.

Will appreciates the way the film’s director Malachi Smyth has coordinated the fight sequences with the music in the film.

He explained: “There’s a sequence in ‘The Score’ which is one of the funniest fights I’ve ever had.

“The way our director Malachi has timed it for the music, he is one of a kind talent.

“It was a real laugh, even rehearsing it made me laugh.

“I’ve always loved learning those skills — but I think it was Mike Tyson who said, ‘Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the face.’ ,
