Sulekha’s latest six-month study of visits and searches by more than a million consumers across eight major Indian cities revealed that arts courses as well as education, non-technical colleges and courses were in demand. Many participants were found in Arts and Science, Hotel Management, Aviation, Pharma and Polytechnic courses. Searches for All India Arts and Science colleges increased by 366%. Mumbai recorded the highest number of searches for arts and science colleges, ahead of Pune and Ahmedabad. Kolkata topped the art school searches (100% increase), followed by Delhi with 40% growth. Aviation colleges were in high demand in all cities. The search for pharma colleges in Pune witnessed a growth of 145%.
