Duncan trains year-round with the Dad’s Club Swim Team, where he is a multiple time team record holder and team captain. He won the 50m/100m free at the NCSA Championships last month, as well as placing third in the 100m fly and fourth in the 50m back. He also ran the 100 meters free at the Phillips 66 International Team Trials in April.

Back in December, Duncan placed 13th in the 100 frees at Juniors West before posting a trio of top-8 finishes at the Austin Sectionals.

His best times include:

  • 50 Free – 20.34
  • 100 Free – 44.00
  • 200 Free – 1:38.88
  • 100 fly – 48.78
  • 100 back – 49.55

Duncan will begin his senior year at The Kincaid School in Houston this fall.

He is great for the Wildcats: his top 50 free time would have been third in their lineup last season and he would have been number 5 in 200 frees and number 6 in 50 frees/100 flys/100 backs. ,
