Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen joined in with a teammate during practice on Saturday.
Allen drew quarterback on the goal line and defensive tackle Jordan Phillips hit him a little too hard for his liking. Allen became upset with him after he injured his right shoulder.
After that, practice was called for the day.
After it became news, Allen issued a statement on Sunday afternoon saying that all is well between him and Phillips.
Allen tweeted, “Man, I love football. The boys were leaving yesterday, and it’s all love! First day of the pad, just inspiring each other to be great, that’s it.”
Based on their reactions to the tweet, Bill fans are very excited for the season to begin.
Despite only being a padded exercise so far, Allen is already in that competitive spirit.
