Donald Trump’s ex-wife is buried near the first tee at Trump National Golf Club. According to the New York Times, on the day of Ivana’s funeral at St. Vincent Ferrer Church in New York last Wednesday, the plot for her burial site was “consecrated so that she could have a traditional Catholic burial”. The Washington Post reported that in 2017, former US President Trump “informed of plans to build a 10-plot cemetery that overlooked the golf course’s first hole” for family members.
He added: “It’s not something you like to think about, but it makes sense.
“It’s such a beautiful land, and Bedminster is one of the richest places in the country.”
However, news of the grave of Ivana’s golf course sparked outrage on Twitter, with some claiming it was Trump’s cynical tax avoidance plan.
Investigative journalist Victoria Brownworth said on Twitter: “When I first saw this, I thought it was a joke.

“His worst kids let this happen!
“Ivanka deflated her mother, which is nothing but Trump’s latest tax evasion scheme.”
The outrage was added to the Twitter news feed by personal finance speaker Lynette Khalfanycox, who said: “Why did Donald Trump bury Ivana at his NJ golf course?
“Tax break, money and petty revenge.
“As a ‘cemetery’ Bedminster pays no tax and cannot be forfeited in a judgment.
“Trump also took Ivana’s estate burial, maintenance and ‘membership’ fees.
“Revenge again, just look at his grave.”
