BJ Novak does paddleboarding on vacation.
The 42-year-old actor and director – who made his big-screen directorial debut with the dark-comedy ‘Vengeance’ – has revealed that he likes to relax when he is not in the writing room or on set, and enjoys boarding. During a frightening encounter with a shark unfolded.
Asked what his full day off is, he told People magazine: “Paddleboarding in the bay with my family.
“For me it’s like a walk on the sea.
“I went too deep at one point, and a shark ran past me.
“I couldn’t believe it, like, ‘I don’t know what that f****** gray triangle was.’
“And I fall all the time. My mom yells at me.”
Nowak starred as Ben Manlowitz, “a journalist and podcaster who travels from New York City to West Texas to investigate the death of a girl he was engaging with.”
The cast includes Boyd Holbrook, Dove Cameron, Issa Rae and Ashton Kutcher.
Meanwhile, Novak recently admitted that having a Harvard graduate on his CV is the “worst thing” on a comedy CV.
The ‘Office’ star added: “I don’t like to talk about it. I would, but I don’t like it.
“To be on a comedy resume is the worst, worst.
“Comedy is a Dalit profession. You are speaking for Dalits. You are saying what the people in charge have not said. but [Harvard] People think you are in a different category. Or that you think you are. ,
However, his statement was heavily criticized on social media.
