‘Fast X’ is French ‘Fast and Furious’, says Michelle Rodriguez

Hollywood star Michelle Rodriguez referred to ‘Fast X’ as French ‘Fast and Furious’ at San Diego Comic-Con 2022. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the ‘Fast Five’ actor arrived at Comic Con to promote his upcoming film ‘Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves’, where he talked about his next film ‘Fast X’ and said, “Our special effects team, all the guys fighting, they’re all French. Our second AD is French. Our directors speak French. It’s like a French takeover, man.”

The upcoming installment of the Fast saga, ‘Fast X’ will now be directed by ‘Now You See Me’ director, Louis Leterrier, after Justin Lin dropped out of the film due to a disagreement with the film’s lead actor, Vin Diesel.

Excite who is a real fan and who really wants to take it to places it hasn’t gone before. We’ve been at this for 20 years, bro. After all that time, you get upset and forget what do you do for it [until] A director like Louis comes over and reminds you, ‘It’s beautiful. Let’s do magic.’ We are so lucky to have him bro.” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Along with Vin Diesel and Rodriguez, the next installment of the film stars Tyrese Gibson, Jason Momoa, Charlize Theron, Brie Larson, Alan Richson, Nathalie Emmanuel, Michael Rooker, Daniela Melchior, Jordana Brewster, Sung Kang, Ludacris, Cardi B, and Scott Eastwood. are in lead roles.
