Ezra Miller has been charged with felony charges in Vermont.
The “The Flash” star has been charged after being alerted to a complaint to Vermont State Police at a property in May, according to a police report. It was detailed they found that various bottles of liquor were taken from the residence without the knowledge of the owners of the house.
After an investigation – which included taking statements from neighbors and viewing security camera footage – police say they found reason to level charges against the 29-year-old actor.
Ezra was found by police late Sunday (07.08.22) and handed a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court on September 26, the report said.
According to an investigation by Rolling Stone magazine, the “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” star is providing shelter to a 25-year-old mother of three at her farm in downtown Stamford, which is believed to be an unauthorized cannabis farm. With uncontrolled firearms.
The arrest is the latest in a string of legal problems Ezra has found himself in. Earlier this year, the “We Need to Talk About Kevin” star was arrested twice in Hawaii; Once for disorderly and harassment and another time for second-degree assault.
Ezra also faces several charges of assault by women around the world, such as the woman who claims they strangled her in a bar in Iceland and another woman who says that Ezra took her to her Berlin disturbed at home.
These instances have triggered speculation about a possible cancellation of the upcoming standalone “The Flash” flick, although Warner Bros. executives have not said whether it will happen.
David Zaslav, CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery, said: “We’ve seen ‘The Flash,’ ‘Black Adam’ and ‘Shazam 2’. We’re very excited about them. We’ve seen them. We think they’re fantastic, and We think we can make them even better.”
