“With a luxury dining cinema, we’ll have seat-side service, luxury recliners, you know, beautiful presentation, but we’re going to make it a bowling gaming virtual reality ropes course as well as the restaurant and bar component,” said EVO Entertainment CEO Mitch Roberts said.
The space will seat 4,500 people. Roberts added the keyword here is experiential.
He believes it will help fill a void in Nashville.
“Really that’s what we do that we put all these pieces together. So, there’s something for everyone. But, I think it will be unique, because it’s a little more than a family zone. And the city of Nashville I don’t even have a ton of it,” he said.
Roberts is also excited to be part of Nashville Yards, one of the fastest growing areas in the city.
“I can’t list two hands-on reasons, you know, the selfless value partners have with the approach they have for this development. It’s really remarkable. I’ve never seen anything like, you know, a few years Before, and I dreamed of being in this kind of development,” he explained.
About 150 people will be appointed at the venue.
The opening date is set for the end of 2024.
