Driven Brands Holdings acquires Jack Morris Auto Glass

Longtime Memphis business Jack Morris is the new owner of Auto Glass.

Charlotte, North Carolina-based Driven Brands Holdings Inc. purchased Jack Morris Auto Glass in a sign-and-close deal on July 27, after former owners Paul Morris and his brother John Morris decided the company needed to expand.

“We had experienced really explosive growth over the past several years,” said Paul Morris. “We have reached a point where we have surpassed ourselves and we are looking for ways to serve our employees and customers efficiently, and ultimately we have found the most efficient best course for our customers and employees. Decided to join our family business in this larger family inspired brand.”

Driven Brands, a North American automotive services company, provides resources to auto glass repairers, industry expertise and purchasing power, the company’s news release said.
