USA Basketball is one of 12 teams participating in the 2022 FIBA ​​Women’s World Cup in Sydney, Australia, from September 21-October. 1.

The US women’s national basketball team is seeking a fourth consecutive gold medal in the 11-day event, last won in Spain in 2018.

The teams are divided into two preliminary groups. China, the United States, Belgium, Puerto Rico, Bosnia-Herzegovina and South Korea comprise Group A. Group B consists of Canada, France, Serbia, Australia, Japan and Mali.

All games are broadcast on the ESPN platform. The championship game airs Saturday, October 1st at 2 p.m. ET on ESPN2.
