CM made Rishabh Pant the brand ambassador of Uttarakhand

Pant wrote on Twitter, “My message to all the youth is that as long as you believe in yourself and put your mind to it and work hard, you can achieve anything.”

Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami appointed Indian cricketer Rishabh Pant as the brand ambassador of the state. Dhami announced this on his Twitter account late Wednesday evening.

Pant, who plays cricket for Delhi, is a native of Uttarakhand and has been made the brand ambassador of the state at the age of 24. Indian cricket also thanked the Chief Minister for giving him this responsibility.

“Thank You @pushkardhami Sir, for giving me this opportunity, there is no doubt that it is a great feeling and also a great responsibility. My message to all the youth is that as long as you believe in yourself and put your mind to it and work hard, you can achieve anything,” Pant wrote in a tweet on Thursday.

Earlier this summer, the India international was named as the captain of the national team for the five-match T20I home series against South Africa, having captained Delhi Capitals for two seasons of the IPL. Pant, who has been India’s first-choice wicketkeeper across all formats over the years and will be crucial to their chances in the T20 World Cup later this year.
