Carrier completes acquisition of Toshiba’s global residential and light commercial HVAC business

The acquisition solidifies Carrier’s position in the rapidly growing, sustainable and highly efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) and Heat Pump market segment to support customers’ decarbonization efforts.
