Caleb D. Fink, 14, of Tyrone, died on Thursday. He was born at Altuna Hospital, the son of parents Melissa (Mayer) and Joe Carper and Kevin (Kammy) Fink Jr.
His siblings, Kevin and Cassie, also survive; and half-siblings, Noah and Waylon; grandparents, Karen and Mark Voomer, Bill and Carol Meyer, Robin (Scott) Carroll, May Carper and Larry Horner; great-grandparents, Lew (Marilyn) Mothersbaugh, Delores Fink and K. M. Bell; And many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his great-grandfathers, Sally Mothersbaugh, Alfred and Weta Vroom and Jr. and Mary Meyer.
Caleb Tyrone was a student at Area High School, where he participated in baseball, basketball, and soccer. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, camping, hanging out with his brother and his friends, and playing corn-hole. He loved being with family and attending family functions.
A 5 p.m. memorial service for Caleb D. Fink will be held at the Feller Memorial Home on Wednesday, August 3, 2022, with Pastor Jeff Holland as caretaker. Friends will be received in the service from 3 pm to 5 pm.
