In this episode of Auto Pros on the Road, Joe Keene and Jackie Van Hamm continue their journey to the Quarter Mile Muscle in Mooresville, NC.
In part two, sponsored by Fram, shop owner Brian Klitz explains that he began working on classic cars in Michigan with his father and grandfather – but explains that they were not classics at the time, just daily drivers.

His path took him to the construction trades in Montana and Colorado, and he began collecting vintage vehicles from his youth. He says he found few shops that were able to upgrade the cars to their expectations or get the job done without scratching or otherwise damaging their prizes.

“I decided that when I got into it I would treat these cars like they were my cars,” Klitz says. “We’re very careful; we use the best car covers and fender covers; all my boys are clean, even when they’re pulling engines. It’s about treating cars the way they do.” should be done.”
